At My Cherished Min Pins, we are committed to placing every Miniature Pinscher puppy in a safe, loving, and responsible home. This agreement defines the responsibilities and standards of care expected when purchasing and welcoming one of our puppies.

Puppy Sales Contract

This Puppy Sales Contract is hereby entered into by My Cherished Min Pins (the “Seller”) and the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer,” whose identifying information is specified below.

Terms and Agreement

Disclaimer

After the Seller’s health guarantee expires, the Seller is not responsible for future health issues, conditions, or veterinary expenses. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for ongoing care, training, and health management. No guarantees extend beyond the stated health guarantee period.

Buyer Responsibilities

I. Complete payment, including delivery or transportation costs.

II. Provide safe supervision and humane care, including nutrition, water, clean environment, socialization, stimulation, and routine veterinary care.

III. Acknowledge that the Seller is not liable for future actions, behaviors, or incidents involving the puppy.

IV. Allow reasonable follow-up communication to confirm the puppy’s wellbeing.

V. Accept full responsibility for the puppy’s ongoing care after transfer.

Seller Guarantees

I. The puppy is healthy at the time of transfer and has received age-appropriate care.

II. Health records will be provided at placement.

III. The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.

IV. If a serious pre-existing condition attributable to the Seller is found, the puppy may be returned for a refund with written veterinary documentation.

Return & Rehoming Policy

I. If the Buyer cannot continue care, the Seller must be notified and given the first opportunity to rehome.

II. The Buyer has a 30-day placement assurance period. If the placement is unsuitable, the puppy may be returned with documentation for a refund.

III. The puppy must never be sold, leased, traded, or surrendered to a pet store, research facility, shelter, or similar organization.

IV. Any ownership transfer must be approved by the Seller to ensure the puppy’s wellbeing.
